I placed an order for a rug for $260. Two weeks later I had not received the rug, a shipping number, or any e-mail update on the status of my order.

I called RugsUSA and after waiting on hold for a half hour was told that they couldn't get it touch with the warehouse and would call me back. Instead of a phone call I got an e-mail notifying me that my order was cancelled. No explanation and no mention of a refund. I called again (and waited on hold again) and the woman actually sounded surprised that I wanted a refund.

I didn't receive your product but you received payment... of course I want a refund!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
