RugsUSA - Why does your customer service suck?
We received a ripped rug and have been on hold, yet to actually speak to anyone in customer service, for over an hour. Do you actually have customer service, or just an automated line to keep angry customers busy?
Short Review on February 01, 2017
I ordered two rugs from them, and within 3 days was notified that they made a mistake in inventory and one rugs would not be available. I waited for the other to show up, and 11 days later was told that the rug wasn't available and that my credit card would be refunded. I'm still waiting for that to happen.
The rug I purchased looks nothing like the ad, the diamonds are also cut off at one end. Poorly made and false description. Disappointed. Borderstara@gmail.com
