So, let's review. I ordered a rug a week ago. I called for order status last Friday and was told the rug had not left the warehouse. Then today I get an email saying I cancelled the order and a credit has been issued. I DID NOT CANCEL THE ORDER - THAT IS A BOLD LIE. So I called your less than stellar customer service and find the rug is out of stock and you canceled the order. Why did it take a week to realize you were out of stock? Why do you lie about such things? I thought it sucked that it took a week for delivery in the first place, and now after waiting a week you pull this *** What a horrific way to treat customers. Incompetent liars.

I had the same experience. I purchased a rug that was supposedly 90% discounted and it was non returnable/non refundable.

I took the risk because I didn't expect for the rug to have an increadibly nauseating smell.

Like it's soaking in chemicals and gave me such an extreme headache with dizziness. I bought this rug for my 6 and 3 year old daughters' room that they share.

I would NEVER EVER be able to let them sleep in the same room as that poisonous rug.

RugsUSA - Outdoor Rug Review from Laguna Niguel, California

I purchased an outdoor rug from RugsUSA approximately 8 months ago. I noticed a foul odor when I got it. Smelled like rotten eggs. I didn't complain to the company because I had already previously returned a different rug I purchased at the same time, that didn't match the description. I kept the outdoor rug rolled up for a few months. When I decided to unroll it, it smelled worse. The colors didn't match the photo at all and the quality was very cheap. I decided to put it in my den where my dogs frequent. After one a month I noticed yarn loops sticking up all over it. I took it outside to spray it off (it's supposed to be an outdoor rug) and clip the loops. It took days to dry. I'm not sure if it really was an outdoor rug or not because there is no way this rug is water repellant. After waiting three days I touched it to see if it has dried. The smell had intensified. The underneath layer of rubber coating or ? has become moldy. If this were an outdoor rug none of this should have happened. I ended up putting it in the dumpster at my shop. It cost me over $150. The one I returned ended up costing me money too. It was such a hassle which is why I kept the second one. I rate this company and their products as low as possible. Don't be fooled by the low prices. You will find better quality and prices at Walmart or Target.

Shipped the wrong rug. I had to return it. They sent it back to me again--same rug! Then told me rug I ordered was unavailable for many months. Kept dropping off wrong rug on my property, which I had to protect from rain and return before I would get a refund. Why are they still in business? No manager would correct this. Other rugs I wanted instead were also unable to tell me if available or not. They are fraudulent. Shipped the wrong rug. I had to return it. They sent it back to me again--same rug! I sincerely hope you never have to deal with RugsUSA's customer service or returns department. The majority of the employees are rude and are completey unaware of their own company's policies. I had to call literally DOZENS of times to simply get a rug returned. They sent me the wrong colored rug, and it took over ONE MONTH to get it out of my house & shipped back to them. To top it off, it's now been over 2 weeks since they received the returned rug, and I still haven't gotten a refund. They way this company is run is like a really bad joke.
