Do NOT do business rugs USA company!!!! They send items without regard to saying you do not want the item or to cancel it. You will have to take legal action just to get your money back! They put you off with one excuse after another saying they will send a return label. All Lies!! This business is a rip off. Buy elsewhere!

RugsUSA in Los Angeles, California - Worst Customer Service EVER

I sincerely hope you never have to deal with RugsUSA's customer service or returns department. The majority of the employees are rude and are completey unaware of their own company's policies. I had to call literally DOZENS of times to simply get a rug returned. They sent me the wrong colored rug, and it took over ONE MONTH to get it out of my house & shipped back to them. To top it off, it's now been over 2 weeks since they received the returned rug, and I still haven't gotten a refund. They way this company is run is like a really bad joke.

RugsUSA in Los Angeles, California - Horrible service, shady business practices

ordered two rugs, 8-10 day processing then another 8-10 days until you receive your rugs. They sent the wrong one, then soon after I get an email stating the rugs I want are on backorder, this after I placed the order and my account charged. No supervisor available to help, waiting on my refund. Just seems like a really shady business with shady business practices, no proper customer service department, no expedited shipping options for those who want it. The discounts and sales they offer are all scams, they raise and lower the prices according to the current sales promo..............order at your own risk!

RugsUSA in Los Angeles, California - RUGS USA - falsely advertising sales & availability

I tried to purchase a rug advertised and was told it was no longer being manufactured -- so the size I needed was not available. Three weeks later I get an email from Rugs USA showing the same rug -- only this time the price is at least four times higher than when it was on sale. So, it went "discontinued" while on sale, yet now that the sale is over, the rugs are suddenly available at a much higher price. Isn't the word count on this form ridiculous? Especially when some of us area actually clear and concise in LESS than 100 words.

RugsUSA in Los Angeles, California - Not a reliable online vendor

Do NOT take your chance on this company -- NOT WORTH IT! RugsUSA accepted my order, billed my credit card, and advised they had shipped one of my two matching rugs. The smaller rug arrived after two weeks. The larger rug arrived 4 weeks later, but it was not the rug I ordered. Since the two rugs didn't match, they both had to go back, but they would only pay shipping on the return of the wrong rug, not the smaller one. So I had to eat the shipping on something I couldn't use. I waited another month for my refund, which did not happen until I called and pointed out they didn't give me my money back. I asked why my refund wasn't issued before and was pushed off to a supervisor who, of course, was not available to take my call.

RugsUSA in Los Angeles, California - Does not stand behind Garrentee

I was robbed from RugsUSA. We wanted to exchange our rug, and even though they say they do exchanges on their page, and very rude customer service person on the phone says they do not. It is impossible to get a hold of this company. They have not responded to my email sent 3 weeks ago, and I have been on hold for 30 minutes with them so far. You better hope you like what you get from them, because despite what they say, all sales are final. This company is a scam! Rude and irresponsible. Do not buy from there unless you want to get robbed!!!
