I tried to leave a review on their website but unfortunately couldn't. Bought a rug 1 year and 1 month ago. And the rug did not hold up. It started pilling and wore down in the high traffic area. Do not buy from rug USA... they won't post negative reviews and they are extremely slow in getting rug(s) to you! Very shady company for sure!!!!

Short Review on February 01, 2017

I ordered two rugs from them, and within 3 days was notified that they made a mistake in inventory and one rugs would not be available. I waited for the other to show up, and 11 days later was told that the rug wasn't available and that my credit card would be refunded. I'm still waiting for that to happen.
