Rugs USA is terrible to deal with. I ordered one rug and while I like the design after four months the rug still hasn't stop shedding all over my wood floor. I ordered a second rug which was described as having a soft to finish easy to walk on when I received it it was like walking on a Brillo pad. Disappointment on the product wasn't the worst of it I've been had to deal with rugs USA return policy which basically is not a return policy it seems they do everything possible to deter your return and giving you a refund it's now going on over two weeks and I still don't have confirmation that a refund is going to be sent to me you actually have to buy a label to return the rug. Stay away.

I ordered a $689 rug and received a defective rug with *** in the center of it. Customer service is HORRIBLE! I have been trying to return the rug for a week. Wait time to speak to someone on the phone is 15-30 minutes and then you get an extremely rude person. I have disputed the payment on my credit card and still have their defective rug. I will never order another rug from RugsUSA.

Details
Three weeks and 3 times contacting them after ordering the rug arrived. They sent the wrong rug. I asked for them to send me a return label and I would drop off the rug at UPS. Instead they sent an email 4 days later saying a UPS pickup is scheduled. Now I have to contact them again to resolve this. Also, the original rug I ordered 3 weeks ago is no longer in stock so they are refunding me. No offer to discount a similar item or do anything to make their screwup right.

RugsUSA review in Provo, Utah: Sent Wrong Rug

Details
RugsUSA delivered the wrong rug to my house (Tuesday). When I called to return it (Wednesday), I was told that UPS would pick up the old rug the next day (Thursday) and overnight the correct rug so that I would have it on Friday or Monday at the latest. Today (Monday) I went to the UPS website to find the delivery schedule and found that it is not scheduled to be delivered until Friday. I called Customer Service and they told me they don't do expedited delivery. If they don't do expedited delivery, then why did they tell me they would expedite it?! They should have been honest with me in the first place.
