ordered rug, got email item was shipped and fedex track num. with est dlvy date.
fedex says no item sent to them, cust svc can't find order, reach out to whse, who do not respond, and basically they claim maybe order is lost. I do not think they ever had it and have just wiped this order off the books.
If this is what cust svc is supposed to be at rugsusa then they have a lot to improve. folks on phone sound like they dont give a ***, aren't empowered to do anything but look up order status on same database customer sees, and when transferred to supervisor or escalation, you basically go into a voicemail loop without ever getting a response.
