Go ahead, make sure you have a full day free because you will be on hod for hours. After which you will hear a recording that says "No on is here to take your call" and it will hang up on you. Then try calling Sales in an attempt to reach someone. You will hear a recording that says "This option is not available for you right now." Try calling sales again.
Oh, you reached someone? Great because before you can get a word out, they transfer you to customer service where you are again told No one is here to take your call." Then try Live Chat. Wait for what seems like an eternity. Then, the Live Chat screen automatically turns into the "Email Us" screen and your Live Chat is gone.
This will happened each of the 5 times you attempt this.
Then you are left with no option but to file some sort of complaint because they have essentially stolen your money. Then you find they are not BBB accredited, and you are not surprised.
