Cheap products! Not only are the prices cheap so is the quality of the items they sell. They DO NOT stand behind their products and their customer service is one of the worst ive encountered. Stay away!! Check out Overstock or even Walmart is better than this place!!

RugsUSA in Jupiter, Florida - They charged me but I never got the rug

I agree with everyone. This company has the absolute worst customer service. I ordered a rug which was either damaged or lost by UPS. I have no idea which. I emailed them to have them send a new one but THAT isn't their policy. I was told to wait until they get their claim back from UPS and then I can "reorder" the rug after they decide to refund my money. UH! I don't think so!!!! Why was I paying the price for this nonsense?????? Over 2 1/2 weeks later still nothing. In that time, I have ordered and received a new rug from another company and have had it for a week. I have tried to contact them and no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

I ordered a rug that looked grey on-line and when it arrived it was yellow (not close to the description or picture). I tried for 3 weeks to call customer service to request a return and could not get an answer. I also tried an online chat and it wouldn't work. I found another number and when I finally reached someone they told me it was too late to return the rug. I explained the situation and she took my number and said a manager would call me. I never received a call back from anyone at Rugs USA. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH A RUG YOU DON'T WANT!

Very disappointed with the rug I purchase. The colors shown online are enhanced and not at all like the true colors once you receive the actual product.

Incredibly misrepresented. And now I get stuck with a huge shipping fee to return it.

I bought a very specific rug and was shipped the absolute wrong Rug and I can't seem to get them to send me a shipping label to return it and I can't seem to get a credit. They are investigating it and determining whether I have a legitimate claim. This is ridiculous I sent them a picture of what they sent me and it is absolutely nothing like what I ordered. RugsUSA in Miami, Florida - Changed terms of Groupon; horrible customer service

RugsUSA changed the terms of a Groupon after people had already purchased the Groupon. Also, their customer service is horrible and no one takes any accountability. Here's my story: I purchased a Groupon for RugsUSA to buy furniture; the terms of the Groupon did not restrict what it could be used for. My original order with RugsUSA was for a chair. When it arrived, it was damaged. I contacted RugsUSA and was told by RugsUSA to order a new one, so I did. Before the new order shipped, I changed my mind and wanted to order a different chair, so I tried to change the order and was told by the RugsUSA agent that Groupon had changed the terms of the Groupon itself, and that it could now only be used for rugs. I called Groupon to verify this and they advised that this was not true, that the Groupon terms had not been changed by Groupon, that I could still use it for furniture (especially considering the fact that my original purchase, which arrived defective through no fault of my own, was for furniture) and that they would reach out to their RugsUSA contact. After waiting for a week to get a response from RugsUSA, I get this email from the RugsUSA rep: "I apologize for the long delay, we've been extremely busy and our systems were down most of the morning. Unfortunately, my supervisor informed that although your order was placed before the rules changed, any new order would fall under the updated rules. Additionally, you would have to contact Groupon directly to have them reactivate the code." So I called Groupon and they refunded what I paid for the Groupon; I also forwarded them the chain of emails from RugsUSA so they could see that it was RugsUSA that changed the terms of the Groupon after people had already purchased it and after I tried to place a new order for furniture when my original order arrived defective.

RugsUSA in Winter Park, Florida - Rugs USA never delivered

I ordered a rug seven weeks ago and never got it. After an initial order confirmation, I heard nothing for four weeks. I called customer service. After waiting on hold for about 15 minutes, the person was unable to help me because she wasn't able to contact the vendor at that time and asked me to call back. A few days later, I called back. Again I waited on hold for about 15 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, she again put me on hold while she contacted the vendor. She told me the rug had been backordered, but it was now available and it would ship out that day. A week later, no rug. I called again, endured the hold time, and was finally told that my rug had been discontinued. Meanwhile, Rugs USA had charged my credit card seven weeks ago and never followed up on my incomplete order. If I hadn't called them multiple times, I would have paid for a rug I never received. Supposedly they have creditted my charge card for the rug. You can be sure I'll be verifying that on my next statement.
