Not resolved

I ordered a rug 90% off on Dec 27th, on Jan 12, I get an email that my order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock. It took them 17 day to tell me this!!!

Meanwhile I ordered 2 other rugs from (great company by the way) for the same room, esalerugs came in 4 days. Now I have an incomplete set, I emailed customer service and they just said so sorry but there is nothing we can do, thank you for your understanding. And now another 2 weeks to get my refund?? P.S.

Umm, I'm not understanding rugsusa.

I will stick with Seems like this company is in trouble, red flag, not very stable, I recommend shopping elsewhere.
