RugsUSA in Hicksville, New York - Trying to get a credit for a return

Not only is the return process tedious, the company is not timely in issuing a credit. Right now I have been on hold for twenty minutes to speak to someone! AWFUL AWFUL.NEVER AGAIN AND NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They give you an option, after 15 minutes on hold to press any digit to leave a message and someone supposedly will call you back, good luck with that, that doesn't work either. Now I am on hold for customer service for 12 minutes. That's good because I am entering a bad review on any site I can find.

RugsUSA lied to me

I bought a rug for my baby's room on Jan 10th that was in stock and paid for it a few days later they released it to be shipped - note that they would not ship until after a few days even after getting the money. 7 days later I got an email that UPS had issued a shipping label.. the rug was never shipped when I called about this on the first time they said we'll email you once the warehouse let's us know what's wrong. a week gone by and today when I called again they said it's out of stock!what a waste of a month!spare yourself the hassle of chasing them and buy it from another vendor. now the fun part of getting a refund starts.
