I've been waiting almost a month for a small rug. When asked they said there was a processing delay.

No communication, no apologies.

I won't order from them again.

Rugsusa Rug Review from Raleigh, North Carolina

I bought a rug online on 11/22/2015. The system said it was in stock. when I checked it out it said back order. Still have not got the rug two months later. Called customer service and they said I have to wait at least another month. As soon as I hung up the phone I got the email from customer survive and it said my order has been cancelled. Terrible customer service. Would never do business with this company again.

I ordered a $689 rug and received a defective rug with *** in the center of it. Customer service is HORRIBLE! I have been trying to return the rug for a week. Wait time to speak to someone on the phone is 15-30 minutes and then you get an extremely rude person. I have disputed the payment on my credit card and still have their defective rug. I will never order another rug from RugsUSA.

RugsUSA in Waxhaw, North Carolina - Hole in Rug???

I ordered a rug from Rugs USA over Memorial Day weekend. I assumed that I was getting a good deal because it was a holiday sale and/or the rug was being discontinued. I didn't expect to get a rug with *** so big that I can stick three fingers in it. Is it the company's policy to sell damaged goods? Also, I'm a woman who lives alone. I had no idea that when the rug was shipped it would be left next to my front door so that I could carry the 70-lb. item into the house myself. I have just filled out a return form and will update when I get information from the company. I think it's strange that an online store does not have customer service hours on the weekend, so that's probably a bad sign....

RugsUSA in Raleigh, North Carolina - Rugs USA charged my credit card and no rug!!

I ordered a rug On Nov. 27th and my credit card was charged the next day. It is now Dec 24th and I have yet to receive my order,nor any shipping status. I have emailed 6 times and can only get the auto email saying it will be addressed in 2 business days, no response yet. I have called customer service and cannot get a live person. I have never heard of a company charging the credit card until the order has shipped. Good thing it is on my credit card so I cand dispute it. What a rip off!!!
