Do NOT take your chance on this company -- NOT WORTH IT!

RugsUSA accepted my order, billed my credit card, and advised they had shipped one of my two matching rugs. The smaller rug arrived after two weeks. The larger rug arrived 4 weeks later, but it was not the rug I ordered. Since the two rugs didn't match, they both had to go back, but they would only pay shipping on the return of the wrong rug, not the smaller one. So I had to eat the shipping on something I couldn't use.

I waited another month for my refund, which did not happen until I called and pointed out they didn't give me my money back. I asked why my refund wasn't issued before and was pushed off to a supervisor who, of course, was not available to take my call.

Monetary Loss: $399.
