This company charged my account 4x's the amount of the purchase. Their excuse was "a glitch in the system" They basically just stole money from my checking account, no email offering to resolve the issue, no apology, just "we'll issue a refund" as if it was no biggie. I am no where near rich and can not afford to not have money to pay my bills. A refund could have been issued immediately. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, Ripoff Report.com, ComplaintBoard.com, Planetfeedback.com, Measuredup.com, The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.

I placed an order for a rug advertised as 75% off of 900 which was the amount shown when I hit the "place order" button. I checked my account and the entire 900 was withdrawn. I called cs and a very rude girl answered as if she really wanted to be someplace else. I told her the issue and after a long pause on her end I said "hello?" her reply was "just hold on a minute!" I was shocked. She then told me that a refund would be issued but not sure when. I do not have $900 to loan. I will NEVER ever order from them again. After I receive my refund, they are going on the spam list. HORRIBLE!

RugsUSA in Warminster, Pennsylvania - Lack of information on website and communication

I ordered my rug on 3/21/15, website says the product would ship within 24 hours of placing the order, I waited for 7 days and no word of it's shipping. I called and emailed and did get an answer, the product was out of stock and would possibly be back in stock on 4/2015! One month AFTER I ordered it, supposedly they will ship it immediately and I am to allow another 7-10 days for it's arrival. The website still does not state the the product is out of stock! Very disappointed with the level of service and lack of proper information on the website. I would have looked elsewhere if I knew the product wasn't in stock, they sure as heck charged my card immediately!

I've gone on the site, and twice picked out several rugs I wanted to buy. When I went back to purchase them they were no longer in my cart. Several of the rugs were 99.00 and they completely disappeared.

RugsUSA is a total ripoff and scammers

We bought TEN French High Back Chairs (five sets of 2 at $412 per set). So we spent over $1000 with these people. Literally half of our order - 5 chairs! - arrived cracked in the same exact spot. We were moving so we didn't call until after their "30 day guarantee" but we explained all this and they wouldn't even speak to us. We even had a $400 order pending with them when we called to complain about the first order and they didn't care. They wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor and said she "doesn't have a number." They just totally ignored me and wouldn't speak to me and said it was my fault. They are dishonest scammers and I will never use them again and I hope they go out of business. They prove that it is totally worth it to pay a little more to go with a reputable brand who cares about customer service.
