I ordered 3 rugs on two orders. I received the rug I ordered last first and never got the other two.

I have had to email to track down the other rugs and have an event tomorrow that I will now not be prepared for because of the delay! They emailed me this morning telling me they are cancelling my order and refunding my card. Hello!

If they would have done this a week ago I could have gone a different direction to locate rugs. This company is awful in client follow up, proactive communication, and overall service.
