So, let's review. I ordered a rug a week ago. I called for order status last Friday and was told the rug had not left the warehouse. Then today I get an email saying I cancelled the order and a credit has been issued. I DID NOT CANCEL THE ORDER - THAT IS A BOLD LIE. So I called your less than stellar customer service and find the rug is out of stock and you canceled the order. Why did it take a week to realize you were out of stock? Why do you lie about such things? I thought it sucked that it took a week for delivery in the first place, and now after waiting a week you pull this *** What a horrific way to treat customers. Incompetent liars.

RugsUSA - These guys suck

They shipped the wrong rug. They are making it impossible to return. I have to shrink wrap the rug for Fedex. How the *** can I do that. They told me I could buy a plastic liner to wrap it in. IT'S THE WRONG RUG THEY SHIPPED. After acknowledging it as their fault , they won't ship a smaller rug. THIS COMPANY SUCKS STAY AWAY

https://help.rugsusa.com/customer/en/portal/articles/968976-what-are-the-shipping-costs- What are the shipping costs? At Rugs USA, shipping is always FREE to the contiguous United States.

If you are shipping your package to Canada, please be advised there is a 35% shipping charge. Additionally, you will be responsible to pay any duties, brokerage and customs fees to UPS upon delivery.

-- The policy on their website is very clear. I suggest that you do more research next time.
