RugsUSA - Fraud

I purchased a rug from them. They took my money off my debit card and sent me a confirmation email of my order. A week later they send me a cancellation email and no reason for the cancellation. When I call about the cancellation and when will my money be refunded the phone # they have listed on the website no one answered it. Terrible business practices,

RugsUSA - Customer service the worst!

Rugs are beautiful. Prices good. They have the worst customer service. The 609 phone area code never answers. The 800 number puts you in a que where you never get an agent. The email given for contact is declared "unsafe" by my phone and computer.

I tried to leave a review on their website but unfortunately couldn't. Bought a rug 1 year and 1 month ago. And the rug did not hold up. It started pilling and wore down in the high traffic area.
