RugsUSA - Customer service the worst!

Rugs are beautiful. Prices good. They have the worst customer service. The 609 phone area code never answers. The 800 number puts you in a que where you never get an agent. The email given for contact is declared "unsafe" by my phone and computer.

They are not going to call you back. They never answer their phone nor do they return emails.

This company is a scam. I learned the hard way.

Details
Worst customer service ever. Took me over 2 months to receive all my rugs. Did over a thousand dollar order... And TWICE they sent me the wrong color. Customer service is rude and not sympathetic. They don't try to satisfy the customer. And I can't even re order another rug that was the right color because of their "system limitations". After I finish getting my rugs I ordered 2 months ago I will NEVER order from them or recommend them to anyone.

Details
After about 1.5 months 1/2 of my 8x10 rug, which has a tan background began to become discolored. One half is now a darker tan than the other, with a distinct line between the two halves (it is like they switch batches of material halfway through fabrication). I did not want a full return, but maybe a partial return, credit, or at least acknowledgement that the item was defective. Instead I received a notice that the return period had elapsed, a lengthy rug care guide (like it's the only rug I've ever owned and the defect was my fault), and thereafter the silent treatment. I would not suggest purchasing anything from this company unless you are prepared to deal with a large defective item.

Prices are great, customer service non-existent. Don't bother trying to call.....you will be placed on eternal hold. Bought several rugs, within two days prices dropped. I emailed and asked for refund of difference. After 4 days recd a response that refund had been issued. Great. 7 days later I get an email that a refund had been issued (apparently it had not been done 7 days earlier, as I was told). Refund was supposed to be over $100. Refund issued? $16! What?! Still trying to reach someone. Have tried customer service twice (held for over 20 min each time), refund dept (held over 7 min when disconnected with message that said call back during business hours....yeah, I AM TRYING). I guess they just hope you'll give up. Which I did, for now. And not before leaving as many bad reviews as I can. As of now, 10 days after refund was requested, no resolution. Won't be placing any more orders and will tell everyone what terrible service I recd.
