I ordered a $689 rug and received a defective rug with a hole in the center of it. Customer service is HORRIBLE! I have been trying to return the rug for a week. Wait time to speak to someone on the phone is 15-30 minutes and then you get an extremely rude person. I have disputed the payment on my credit card and still have their defective rug. I will never order another rug from RugsUSA.
