Hello, I am sorry to hear about your bad experience with RUgsUSA. I too have had a terrible experience with RugsUSA.

I received a rug that was damaged by the shipper. It had been dragged along concrete and the binding was torn along one edge. Rugs USA will neither refund nor replace my rug. Thu told me I would have to wait until UPS processes a damage claim and then they would get back with me if/when they approve the damage claim.

This is OUTRAGEOUS treatment of a customer. I would encourage you to file complaints against them with the BBB and FTC. Here are the links to get started. I submitted complaints to both and it took me less than five minutes each.

I believe Consumers should take the time to report companies with unfair business practices to protect other unsuspecting people from encountering the same problem.

RugsUSA - Billing Error

I ordered 1 rug from RugsUSA for $63.00, but the company charged me for 3 rugs. My debit card was charged $519.00. When I requested an immediate refund, I was told that I would have to wait anywhere between 3-7 business days. I spoke to several customer service representatives (Ashley, Tina and Stephanie). All of them were very rude and did not seem to care or grasp that this was the company's error. Each time I was told that the accounting department is working on it. I am still unsure if or when I will be getting my money back.

RugsUSA is a total ripoff and scammers

We bought TEN French High Back Chairs (five sets of 2 at $412 per set). So we spent over $1000 with these people. Literally half of our order - 5 chairs! - arrived cracked in the same exact spot. We were moving so we didn't call until after their "30 day guarantee" but we explained all this and they wouldn't even speak to us. We even had a $400 order pending with them when we called to complain about the first order and they didn't care. They wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor and said she "doesn't have a number." They just totally ignored me and wouldn't speak to me and said it was my fault. They are dishonest scammers and I will never use them again and I hope they go out of business. They prove that it is totally worth it to pay a little more to go with a reputable brand who cares about customer service.
