I purchased many rugs and worked with a designer as he helped me locate various area rugs prior to moving in since it was a work in progress (condo was being built) I moved in last week and received the rug in February never thinking to open it up until closing on the condo and move in date. I looked at this 800 cowhide rug the day after move in closely and saw the Seams were unraveling and small strings coming out creating *** effect.

I called escalation and they explained their 14 day policy of which I was 10 days too late.

What a piece of *** and nonsense! I will never ever purchase any rug from them Again as any other rug I purchased they stood behind!
