UPDATE IT HAS BEEN 10 DAYS SINCE MY RETURN WAS DELIVERED TO THEM,THEY LIED AND TOLD ME THAT MY REFUND WAS SUBMITTED BUT THEY LIE!!! I STILL DO NOT HAVE IT AND MY BANK SAID THAT WAS A FRAUDULENT STATEMENT! MUCH BETTER TO GO TO AMAZON OR OTHER MORALLY CONSCIOUS SELLER! I noticed on several review sites Rugs USA has terrible reviews for your

customer service. I am experiencing that same thing. I returned 2 rugs

from order # WS1787203 I chose the Fedex prepaid label for both, you

sent me the same return tracking # for both items. Fedex packed both

items in one box because they said they can only use I label per

tracking # I called customer service immediately to inform you, the

representative apologized for the mistake and told me as soon as you

receive that box I would be issued my refund. It was delivered to you on

Monday October 15th at 12:20 your time and signed for. I spoke to a rep

there on Monday to inquire about my 2nd item refund, he told me that it

would be processed by the end of the day Monday, I did get one item

refunded prior to Monday for $99. but not my second refund of $85. for

the Greek flokati rug. It has been a nightmare getting any response from

your staff, I was told yesterday that it was being handled my the

original representative who happens to be in the Philippines. I am

getting ready to write a negative review which will add to the list of

what seems to be very unhappy customers on BBB's reviews. You know that

the 2nd rug is there so give me my refund. This makes me sad because I

have been a good customer and was planning to purchase more, also

recommended you to others but that will change.
