RugsUSA in Virginia Beach, Virginia - Terrible customer service

my rug is average, almost not worth the terrible customer service I dealt with. I had such a terrible experience with the costumer service team and manager. first my rug was lost in transport. then on many occasions when I called to speak to a rugsusa representative, several of these individuals spoke "slang" and didn't speak clear enough. they were rude and left me on hold on multiple occassions. I left several messages with the manager who after 6+ messages had not returned my call. it was not until I asked to speak to her manager did she talk to me, and yes that was after I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. my combined time on the phone with rugsusa was over 4 hours, as per my cellphone bill. I once had a woman tell me I could not hold up her line while I was waiting for the manager to respond back to me. so in mid sentence she transferred me over to the managers voicemail. from day one they were defensive and did not make me feel as though my purchase was important. I would not recommend this company to other and have thought about writing reviews about rugsusa on other websites. I hope that in the future my review will encourage training and prompt improvement to the poorly trained customer service representatives that are employed by rugsusa
