I bought a lamp for my son's bedroom almost 3 weeks ago.It was set to be shipped1-2 days after my order.

I never received it and the tracking said it never shipped. I called and they realized they had duplicate orders, of which neither shipped. They canceled one, however the money still has not been refunded to my account. They also stated they called the shipper and it was going to be shipped the next day.

That was a week ago still no lamp and the tracking still says not delivered - that is when I can get the tracking page to work, I am usually redirected back to the home page.

I have called and am told the lamp was shipped but still don't have it.
