I ordered a rug from RugsUSA and below the rug. on the same webpage they recommend you purchase the pad that goes under the I order the pad to go under the rug and mysteriously, I receive an email saying the rug is no longer available, but they shipped the pad that goes under the rug.

I have gone on their website to check my order. Website said my order had been approved and would ship shortly. They have refused to credit my credit card. When I asked to speak to a supervisor was told, there was none available.

Sounds like Bait and Switch. Watch Out!
