RugsUSA - Wouldn't take return after 20 day period
Rugs USA would not take return of Jaipur 9 x 12 rug which was dull colored, thin and scratchy textured retail $890.The rug was delivered to vacant house and not opened for a few months, therefore it was not inspected when recieved, and missed the 20 day return window.
Rugs USA is totally inflexible, they would not even give partial credit or offer exchange, they were impossible to deal with!! The rug is in original packaging in factory condition. How many rug dealers let you look at a rug in your house for a week then take it back, lots!!!!
The minute I opened this I knew I didn't want it, buyer beware.Sometimes we have circumstances in life and we expect people to understand, I can't throw $890 out the window because of Rugs USA inflexible customer service manger Sunita Kanhai has no idea of how to manage or service a customer!
Monetary Loss: $800.
