1) sent wrong rug 2) rub pad delivered to wrong address and then went back to warehouse 3) tried to get right rug sent to us but wont do it because there is a bogus tracking number what says something is out for deliver 5 days after the fact, nothing delivered (from fedex... so clearly not correct that there is something still 'out for delivery') 4) trying to get them to pick up the wrong rug that was delivered and somehow it is MY RESPONSIBILTY TO PACK IT UP FOR THEM???
this is a HEAVY 10ft by 14ft rug. I told them if they want their rug, they can come get it, but im not wasting any more time energy or money with this company, and will dispute any charges by them through credit card company.
